There was quite a bit of paperwork to obtain beforehand, but at the airport, they did not take too much time to look at it. During travel, I would say the employees cared more about the cat's well-being. Leo was nervous and scared (it was his first airplane flight), but they did not force him to do anything he didn't want to do like come out of his carrier. They all did their best to work around him.
