Booking pet travel through the website was quite easy. This experience with United was equally good as all our previous United Airlines experiences. We flew economy plus. I had window seat and I noticed that pet carrier (although it has standard allowed dimensions) does not fully fit under the window seat. This leaves very little leg room for the passenger. However, it perfectly fits under middle and aisle seats. Cabin crew was nice and did not make any comments.
