I used subcontractor Airpets to coordinate the process of getting my Rottweiler Ruby from LHR to Phoenix SkyHarbor. She was her normal self upon arrival and it was easy to work with them to coordinate pick up and drop off. Actual flight she rode was a British Airways direct from LHR to PHX.
