In-Cabin Travel
AllowedFee is route-dependent: 290 MAD for domestic flights; 640 MAD / 70 EUR for flights to/from Europe/Maghreb; 1150 MAD / 120 EUR / 120 USD / 120 CAD for flights to/from Africa, North America, Brazil, China, or Middle East. Max weight 8 kg including carrier. Container must be solid (crate, cage, or basket) with air holes and total dimensions not exceeding 115 cm (55x40x20 cm). Passenger must notify at booking if more than 48 hours in advance. Not accepted on flights to UAE or to/from UK (except cabin pets departing from Gatwick Airport).
Cargo / Hold
AllowedAnimals in the hold must weigh less than 70 kg; above 70 kg they must be transported as freight. Fees vary by route and weight bracket: Up to 23 kg: 580 MAD (domestic), 580 MAD/60 EUR (Europe/Maghreb), 1730 MAD/180 EUR/180 USD/180 CAD (Africa/North America/Brazil/China/Middle East). 24–46 kg: 1150 MAD (domestic), 1730 MAD/180 EUR (Europe/Maghreb), 2880 MAD/290 EUR/290 USD/290 CAD (other). 47–70 kg: 2300 MAD (domestic), 2880 MAD/290 EUR (Europe/Maghreb), 5180 MAD/520 EUR/520 USD/520 CAD (other). Container must be robust, watertight floor, lockable, with air holes, and appropriately sized for the animal. Must have luggage tag with owner's name and address. No hay or straw in container. Service Animals
AllowedService dogs accompanying passengers who are partially sighted, hard of hearing, or have a physical disability travel free of charge including their crate and food, as extras in addition to normal baggage allowance. For flights to/from the United States, passengers must provide completed DOT Air Transportation Form and Service Animal Relief Attestation Form. If booked more than 48 hours in advance, forms must be submitted at least 48 hours before flight. If booked less than 48 hours in advance, forms are provided at the departure gate.
Species Rules
Service dogs travel free of charge on the entire RAM network. Pets (dogs, cats, birds) are allowed in the cabin and hold subject to conditions. Pets in cabin and hold are NOT accepted on flights to the United Arab Emirates, nor on flights to and from the United Kingdom, except for pets in the cabin on flights departing from Gatwick Airport.
