Carrier must fit under the seat in front of you and be large enough for the pet to stand, turn around, and lie down naturally. Only one adult dog or cat per container. Passenger may bring one personal item (8"H x 14"W x 18"L) OR a carry-on bag (10"H x 16"W x 24"L) in addition to the pet carrier (carry-on fee applies). Pets not allowed in row 1 or exit rows. Pets must be harmless, not disruptive, odorless, and require no attention during flight. No oxygen will be administered to a pet in an emergency. Only dogs are accepted as service animals. Dogs must be individually trained to work or perform tasks for a qualified individual with a disability, including psychiatric service dogs. Emotional support animals are not accepted. Frontier reserves the right to refuse an animal if documentation is not available or if the animal is aggressive or disruptive. For international travel, service dogs must: have a CDC Dog Import Form receipt, be at least 4 months old, appear healthy on arrival, have a microchip detectable with a universal scanner.
